Jefferson Heights International Life Coaching, Personal & Professional  Development Services is led by me Sylvia Smith. I am an accredited Life Coach, and a qualified Social Worker since 1985.

I have worked in the field of Social Care for over 20yrs as a professional social worker, a social work educator and leader of several teams.

My professional history includes work in the public , private and the not for profit sectors. I have also worked overseas.

I am passionate about human growth and development and enjoy working with individuals, groups and teams in pursuing their fullest potential, by supporting them in taking action to achieve great personal and professional goals. 

Alongside my associates we also provide a range of interesting seminar and workshop events on; leadership, professional/personal development and parenting issues.  We are happy to work with small and larger organizations.
